Workers are paving an existing suspended bridge, which is 300 meters long and 180 meters above the ground, into a special ‘glass floor bridge’, in hope to give tourists more much exciting experience while traveling to the Shiniuzhai National Geopark in Pingjiang county, in central China’s Hunan province on Sep. 10. It is reported that a small part of the bridge was paved with glass floor last year, giving tourists breathtaking experience. So the park decided to change the whole bridge into a transparent bridge, and the bridge will be named as Haohan Bridge, which means “Brave Men’s Bridge”. The glass floor is double layer, and will be 24mm thick in total. (CNS)
